Redwood Outdoors Co is not a contracting firm. We are a project management company. Every physical build is performed by licensed contractor partners in our vetted network. Our job is to coordinate those partners — keeping them accountable, on schedule, and aligned with what we promised you.
The typical homeowner experience: get three bids, pick someone, then spend the next six weeks trying to reach them. That's not how we work. You have one point of contact from your first call to your final walkthrough. Questions, updates, changes — all come to us. We handle it.
Every contractor in our network has been qualified by us — licensed, insured, and track-record reviewed. We hold them to the scope we quoted you. If something isn't right, you call us and we coordinate the resolution. Not the contractor. Us.
We don't operate nationally. We don't have franchise locations. We work exclusively in the San Francisco Bay Area because that's where we understand permit requirements, HOA nuances, material availability, and what discerning Bay Area homeowners actually expect from a finished project.
We serve homeowners across the San Francisco Bay Area. We don't operate outside this market — staying local means we know the terrain, the permit offices, the HOA patterns, and the right contractors for each area.
